• Business information: Brand name, business description, industry, and preferences you provide in the wizard.
• Contact information: Email address (for purchase receipts and admin portal access).
• Uploaded content: Reference images or logos you upload during the build process.
• Subscription email: If you opt in to our newsletter.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Generate your website or logo based on the information you provide.
• Send you a purchase receipt and admin portal access credentials.
• Send newsletter content if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• Improve our AI generation quality through aggregate, anonymised usage patterns.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are handled by PayFast, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. When you make a purchase, you are redirected to PayFast's secure payment page. StitcherNX never sees, stores, or processes your credit card or banking details.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

• PayFast, for payment processing.
• AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google), who process your business description to generate content. These providers have their own privacy policies and data handling practices.
• When required by South African law or a valid court order.

5. Data Retention

• Website and logo build data is retained for 90 days after generation to allow re-downloads and admin portal access.
• Purchase records are retained for 5 years as required by South African tax law.
• Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.

6. Your Rights Under POPIA

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct any inaccurate information.
• Delete your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements).
• Object to the processing of your information.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
