1. Services Overview

StitcherNX provides AI-powered website and logo generation services. These terms govern your use of the StitcherNX Website Builder, Logo Builder, and Admin Portal (collectively, the "Services").

2. Payment Terms

• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT.
• Payments are once-off. There are no subscriptions, recurring fees, or hidden charges.
• Website Builder: R2,500 (Standard), R4,000 (E-commerce Basic), R5,000 (E-commerce Pro).
• Logo Builder: R199 per build (3 logo options included).
• Payments are processed securely by PayFast. StitcherNX does not store your card details.

3. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your generated website or logo files. Delivery is digital and instantaneous. You also receive access to the Admin Portal for post-purchase editing of website content.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are not available once files have been downloaded or the Admin Portal has been accessed. You are encouraged to fully preview your website or logo (at no cost) before purchasing.

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon purchase, you own all generated output -- including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AI-generated images, and AI-generated copywriting.
• You may use the output for any commercial or personal purpose without attribution.
• StitcherNX retains ownership of the underlying platform, algorithms, and technology.
• The free preview (before purchase) does not transfer ownership of generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights. StitcherNX reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

7. Service Availability

StitcherNX aims to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform depends on third-party AI providers and hosting infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

StitcherNX is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, StitcherNX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
